As a trusted partner to local leadership, the role will ensure compliance with Jamaican employment law, drive employee engagement, and foster a high-performance culture aligned with company values. Key responsibilities include management of the local performance development programme, oversight of weekly and monthly payroll operations, and continuous improvement of HR processes. This role is focused exclusively on Jamaica-based operations, ensuring consistency, compliance, and a strong employee experience across the Montego Bay site. |
