Dynamic HR Manager needed to lead a small team in a fast-paced, multi-location, customer-focused organization. Drive HR strategy, employee relations, performance, and development while partnering with leadership to build a high-performing workforce.

We are seeking a dynamic, proactive, and experienced Human Resources Manager to lead and manage the full HR function across a fast-paced, customer-focused, multi-location organization.

Reporting directly to the CEO, this role will oversee and lead a small HR team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in driving HR strategy, ensuring operational excellence, and supporting leadership in building a high-performance, engaged workforce.
The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who can build meaningful partnerships across all levels of the organization while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and integrity.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all HR functions across multiple locations
- Partner with leadership to drive people strategy and organizational effectiveness
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations
- Lead training, learning and development initiatives to support employee growth and organizational capability
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and HR best practices
- Manage compensation, benefits, and HR policies
- Develop, coach, and lead the HR team
- Build strong, effective relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
- Prepare and present HR insights, reports, and recommendations to leadership
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in HR processes and systems
What We’re Looking For
- A proactive, hands-on leader who takes ownership and drives results
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and build trust at all levels
- Proven ability to build strong partnerships across departments and with external stakeholders
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and sound judgment
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Ability to prioritize effectively, manage competing demands, and operate with a strong sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to operate both strategically and operationally
- Experience working in a high-volume, customer-facing or service-driven environment is highly preferred
Ideal Candidate
- Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in a senior HR role
- Experience managing a team and leading an HR function
- Experience in a multi-location environment
- Strong knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices
- Experience with HRIS systems
- Professional HR certification (SHRM, HRCI, CIPD) is an asset
