We are seeking an experienced results driven human resource professional with a passion for service to join our management team at Calliaqua, St. Vincent and the Grenadines

Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Talent management and general HR administration:
  • Benefits Administration
  • Contracts management
  • Employee relations
  • Events planning and execution
  • HR database management
  • Liaising with service providers for various tools, equipment and services
  • Payroll processing
  • Performance management
  • Documentation and reporting of all accidents to insurers
  • Supervision of janitoral staff.
  • Assisting with local accommodation or transportation for visitors.

Knowledge and Experience

  • Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of local Labour Laws.
  • Knowledge of HRM systems and Contracts Management.
  • Proficient user of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent planning, organizing, people and problem solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Flexible with the ability to work well under pressure.
