We are seeking an experienced results driven human resource professional with a passion for service to join our management team at Calliaqua, St. Vincent and the Grenadines
Duties and Responsibilities
Talent management and general HR administration:
Benefits Administration
Contracts management
Employee relations
Events planning and execution
HR database management
Liaising with service providers for various tools, equipment and services
Payroll processing
Performance management
Documentation and reporting of all accidents to insurers
Supervision of janitoral staff.
Assisting with local accommodation or transportation for visitors.
Knowledge and Experience
Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
Knowledge of local Labour Laws.
Knowledge of HRM systems and Contracts Management.
Proficient user of Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent planning, organizing, people and problem solving skills.
Excellent communication and time management skills.
Flexible with the ability to work well under pressure.
