Now Hiring: Our client, a premier fitness facility, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Gym Inventory Administrator to join their dynamic team.

Overview: Our client is a premier fitness facility known for providing a top-quality training environment and exceptional member experience. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Gym Inventory Administrator to join their dynamic team.

 

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Ensures all equipment is functioning at its best and is being used properly by all members.
  • Thorough record-keeping and cross-checking of both retail and equipment inventory ensuring all items are accounted for and maintain their functionality.
  • Upholds and enforces rules and standards ensuring cleanliness and safety is maintained at all times.
  • Keeps the gym floor tidy and ensures cleanliness is maintained throughout.
  • Performs opening and closing procedures.
  • Completes various daily reports.
  • Achieves full understanding and utilizes various software programmes in order to maintain company records and data.
  • Assists gym members with purchases, bookings and queries.
  • Provides exceptional customer service and covers the front desk as required.
  • Assists with the class setup inclusive of transporting weights and equipment.

 

Desired Qualifications & Skills

  • At least five (5) CSECs including English A and Mathematics.
  • Knowledge and understanding of gym equipment.
  • Prior experience working in a similar field and familiarity with gym facilities would be an asset.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office.
  • The ability to engage split shift work hours as required.
  • Must have your own transportation or access to transportation to manage your shift effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Great attention to detail.
  • Enthusiastic and quick learner.
  • Mature approach to tasks.
  • Responsible and punctual.
