The Guest Service Attendant provides fast, efficient food and beverage service in airport operations. Must be able to stand for long periods and work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
Job Purpose
The Guest Service Attendant is responsible for delivering high-quality food and beverage service at assigned operational locations. The role supports a positive guest experience by providing courteous service, maintaining cleanliness and safety standards in accordance with Company policies and HACCP principles, and assisting with day-to-day operational activities.
This position may support various service functions including food and beverage service, bar operations, cleaning services, and general customer service.
Key Duties and Responsibilities

Qualifications and Skills
• Certification in Food and Beverage Service and or Food Safety would be an asset.
• Practical knowledge of food service operations and basic food preparation.
• A minimum of three (3) CSEC or O’ Level passes, including Mathematics and English.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills.
• Demonstrated customer service orientation.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Attention to quality, accuracy, and service standards.
• Ability to follow safety, hygiene, and security procedures.
• Good verbal communication skills in English.
• Problem-solving ability and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Physical and Work Requirements
• Ability to stand for extended periods during service.
• Ability to lift, carry, bend, and move items required for operational duties.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Availability to work shift systems, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
