Guest Logistics Agent

The Guest Logistics Agent responsible for coordinating and managing all transportation logistics between the airport and all Sandals & Beaches Resorts properties. This role involves overseeing vehicle dispatching, real-time coordination, VIP guest handling, and maintaining operational excellence across multiple properties while ensuring the brand experience is upheld from arrival to departure.

Specific Requirements/Duties of the Position Include:

• Scheduling and monitoring all VIP guest transfers between the airport and resort properties.
• Managing general shuttle service scheduling for standard guest arrivals and departures across 8 resort locations.
• Ensuring all transportation is executed smoothly, punctually, and in alignment with brand service standards.
• Liaising with third-party transportation providers and internal resort teams to confirm service readiness and capacity.
• Assessing movement based on irregular operations to include flight changes that may occur throughout the day.
• Dispatching drivers and confirming assignment receipt; ensuring clear communication of all schedule changes.
• Serving as the point of contact for guest transportation inquiries, changes, and special requests
• Ensuring an elevated guest experience through proactive communication, timely updates, and attention to detail
• Preparing transportation reports and schedules
• Tracking and analysing transportation volume trends to assist with resource planning and operational efficiency.

Qualifications and Experience:

• An associate degree in business administration or logistics management is an asset.
• Proven experience in logistics, hospitality, or guest services
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (above average), scheduling tools, and data reporting
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, depending on operational needs
  • High level of discretion and professionalism, particularly when working with VIP or luxury guests
