Groups & Events Coordinator
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain active communication across all platforms, including timely responses to guest emails, inquiries, and complaints
Handle reservations and ensure accurate booking information is processed
Coordinate and execute group events, ensuring all details are planned in advance and executed flawlessly
Maintain strong relationships with guests, providing personalized service to enhance the overall guest experience
Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service delivery
Keep detailed records, plans, and reports organized and up to date
Sales background is essential
Strong Working Knowledge of OPERA Property Management system (PMS)
Experiences in managing and supporting group contracts and bookings within hospitality systems.
Experience in engaging with travel agents and key stakeholders within the hospitality market.
