Group Supply Chain Management Subject Matter Expert

JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a high-impact Supply Chain leader to join our Group at a pivotal moment.  This is a senior, enterprise‑level role, designed for a practitioner who has led supply chain transformation in complex FMCG or distribution environments and can confidently operate between IT, Operations and Commercial leadership.

JOB DUTIES

You will serve as the Group’s supply chain authority, working across multiple operating companies to:

• Act as the business authority for supply chain design, policies, and decision‑making across planning, procurement, warehousing, and distribution.
• Provide commercial and operational leadership to ERP and WMS implementation already underway, ensuring systems are configured and used in ways that drive real value
• Drive inventory strategy and working capital optimization at Group level
• Standardize and harmonize processes where it creates scale and efficiency
• Define, standardize and govern Group supply chain KPIs tied to service, cost, inventory performance and capital
• Drive change management and adoption, ensuring teams transition from legacy behaviours to disciplined, system‑led decision making
• Partner closely with IT to ensure technology enables business outcomes
• Establish governance structures so supply chain decisions are sustained beyond the transformation period
• Lead post-implementation stabilization, adoption, and continuous improvement
