About the role

We’re looking for a highly creative and versatile full-time,hybrid Graphic Designer who can bring fresh, trend-driven ideas to our brand. The ideal candidate is someone who delivers quick, high-quality work, stays on top of design and digital trends, and can provide guidance to our current in-house designer to help strengthen their skills and workflow. This role offers a mix of remote and in-office work, providing flexibility while maintaining strong team collaboration.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop creative concepts and designs across digital and print platforms, including regular/static graphic design and motion graphics (social media, website, ads, presentations, etc.).
  • Produce high-quality static graphics and motion content with fast turnaround times while maintaining strong visual standards.
  • Create short-form video and animated content for social and digital campaigns, as well as standard graphic materials.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to deliver designs that align with brand goals and campaign strategies.
  • Provide mentorship and design guidance to the existing graphic designer, helping to improve creativity, efficiency, and technical skill.
  • Manage multiple design requests simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality.
  • Stay up to date with current design, social media, and motion trends to keep the brand modern and engaging.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with experience in both static graphic design and motion graphics.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) or similar tools.
  • Strong sense of design aesthetics, typography, color, and layout.
  • Ability to work independently, meet tight deadlines, and adapt quickly to feedback.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Experience in mentoring or supporting other designers is an asset.
