Position Summary:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Artist to join our team in a dynamic manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing and producing visually engaging designs that support our brand identity across digital and print media. This role plays a key part in enhancing our visual presence, product marketing, and internal communications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and produce high-quality graphics for product packaging, labels, manuals, brochures, and promotional materials.
• Develop creative assets for digital platforms including website banners, email campaigns, social media, and digital advertisements.
• Collaborate with the marketing, sales, and product development teams to understand project objectives and deliver creative solutions.
• Ensure consistency of brand messaging and visual identity across all designs.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
• Prepare artwork for print production, including checking for resolution, color consistency, and layout specifications.
• Assist in photography editing and light video editing when needed.
• Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and best practices to bring innovative ideas to the team.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in a similar graphic design role, preferably within a manufacturing, retail, or FMCG environment.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); knowledge of CorelDraw is an asset.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and print production.
• Experience with packaging design and branding is highly desirable.
• Ability to take feedback and translate it into high-impact visual design.
• Photography and video editing skills are an advantage.
