The Graphic Artist & Digital Marketing Coordinator is responsible for developing engaging visual content and supporting the execution of the Company’s digital marketing initiatives. This role combines creative design, content production, social media management, and in-house multimedia support.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design & Creative Production

  • Design high-quality graphics for social media, digital screens, print materials, and in-house promotions.
  • Develop visual concepts for campaigns, events, and brand initiatives.
  • Assist with décor concepts including theme development, layout ideas, and supplementary visual elements.
  • Ensure all artwork aligns with the Company’s brand guidelines and quality standards.

Digital Marketing & Content Creation

  • Plan, develop, and maintain a monthly content calendar covering promotions, events, holidays, and engagement-driven posts.
  • Create and edit short-form video content specifically for Instagram Reels and Facebook video posts.
  • Capture and edit photos and videos of events, activities, and décor installations.
  • Assist with posting content across Facebook and Instagram, ensuring consistency, creativity, and timely delivery.
  • Monitor online engagement, messages, and audience interactions.

Event & Promotions Support

  • Work with the Marketing Team to brainstorm and execute ideas for seasonal events, themed promotions, and customer engagement activities.
  • Support décor implementation by preparing artwork, templates, and digital assets.
  • Provide on-site support during events for content capturing and live coverage.

Brand Management

  • Maintain a consistent visual identity across all mediums.
  • Ensure all content is brand-appropriate, engaging, and tailored to the Company’s audience.
  • Assist in maintaining an organized archive of digital assets, artwork files, and campaign materials.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Diploma or Associate Degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or equivalent design tools.
  • Experience in content creation for Facebook and Instagram, including video editing for Reels and short promotional clips.
  • Strong eye for design, composition, typography, and visual storytelling.
  • Familiar with social media trends, analytics, and platform best practices.
  • Ability to conceptualize décor or event themes is an asset.
  • Strong organizational skills, including experience with content calendars.
  • Ability to work flexible hours during events or peak promotional periods.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
