General Manager

Experienced & results-driven GM to expand business, strengthen performance, & drive regional growth opportunities in the Caribbean. A dynamic executive with strong experience in food manufacturing, distribution, FMCG environments, & a proven ability to build high-performing teams & scale operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and management of the company’s operations, including manufacturing, sales, supply chain, distribution, and finance
• Lead the development and execution of strategic initiatives to support growth, profitability, and regional expansion
• Establish clear performance metrics across all departments and ensure accountability for results
• Drive operational improvements to enhance efficiency, product quality, customer service, and cost control
• Build, develop, and lead high-performing teams through strong leadership, structure, and communication
• Identify and pursue opportunities for expansion into export and regional Caribbean markets
• Maintain strong relationships with key customers, suppliers, distributors, and industry partners
• Work closely with the Board of Directors to align execution with long-term strategic objectives
• Use financial data, operational metrics, and market insights to guide decision-making and improve performance

Preferred Experience & Skills

• Strong business and financial acumen with proven responsibility for P&L performance
• Senior leadership experience in food manufacturing, FMCG, distribution, or related industries
• Experience expanding products into export or regional markets
• Demonstrated ability to build systems, processes, and teams to support business growth
• Strong operational, commercial, and strategic decision-making skills
• Experience leading organizations through change, growth, or restructuring is an asset

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years’ senior management experience in food manufacturing, FMCG, distribution, or related sectors
• Proven track record of improving operational performance and growing revenue
• Experience managing cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Experience working in Caribbean markets is strongly preferred
