War-Med invites applications for a Board-Certified Gastroenterologist to join our busy and well-established Gastroenterology and Internal Medicine practice located in Bermuda.  The successful candidate will be a highly skilled and experienced gastroenterologist with demonstrated expertise in both the diagnostic and therapeutic management of gastrointestinal and hepatology disorders. Applicants must have current board certification in Gastroenterology and be fully competent in performing diagnostic and therapeutic gastroscopy and colonoscopy, including polypectomy, dilation, and management of GI bleeding.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive consultative and procedural gastroenterology care to a diverse patient population.
• Perform diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopic procedures safely and effectively.
• Manage a broad spectrum of gastrointestinal and hepatology conditions, including complex cases.
• Collaborate with other medical professionals to ensure integrated, patient-centered care.
• Contribute to quality assurance initiatives and evidence-based practice within the clinic.

 Qualifications & Experience:

•  Board Certification in Gastroenterology (required) with an active medical license in good standing.

• Currently registered or eligible to be approved for registration with the Bermuda Medical Council prior to commencing employment.
• Minimum of two years of post-fellowship clinical experience in both outpatient and inpatient gastroenterology care.
• Proficiency with therapeutic endoscopic techniques and management of advanced GI conditions.
• Excellent clinical judgment, communication skills, and a patient-focused approach.
