Chef de Partie
• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie in a fine dining restaurant
• Excellent level of food knowledge & understanding of modern food preparation
• Passionate & committed to the creation & presentation of 5 star quality dishes
• A can-do attitude, hands on approach & ability to work well under pressure
• Good organizational skills & the ability to multitask
• Excellent communication skills & the ability to work well with others
• Able to take direction from the Head Chefs & Sous Chefs, ensuring that a high level of food safety is maintained, assisting in the running of a section & taking ownership of a section of the kitchen when needed
• Ensure all recipes are followed along with in-house HACCP and food hygiene, health & safety systems
• Disciplined, keen to share your knowledge & learn new skills
• Computer literate
• Professional attitude
• Caribbean National - preferably from OECS or CARICOM
