A well-established garage located in Kingston is seeking a dedicated and experienced Garage Supervisor to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven professional with strong mechanical expertise and leadership skills to oversee garage operations and ensure exceptional service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily operations of the garage area.

• Supervise and support a team of junior and senior automotive technicians.

• Delegate tasks effectively and monitor progress on all repair and maintenance jobs.

• Communicate regularly with the front office team regarding the status of vehicles.

• Maintain accurate daily logs of all vehicles serviced and parts used.

• Recruit, train, and evaluate technicians as needed.

• Ensure all tools are properly signed out and returned daily.

• Promote a clean, safe, and organized workspace at all times.

• Collaborate with the Sales Representative to assess clients’ vehicle needs and report any defects or concerns.

• Test drive vehicles before and after repairs to identify and resolve any issues.

• Confirm vehicles are properly serviced and fitted prior to release.

• Report urgent matters directly to the Managing Director for timely resolution.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Proven experience in the automotive industry, with prior mechanical experience.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• A valid driver’s license is mandatory.
