What You'll Do:

• Warmly welcome and register guests, making them feel instantly at home.
• Be a knowledgeable resource for all hotel services, local attractions, and family-friendly activities.
• Manage check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues with a smile and a solution-oriented approach.
• Collaborate with housekeeping, concierge, and other departments to ensure a seamless and joyful guest experience.

What You'll Bring:

• A genuine passion for hospitality and customer service, especially with families and children.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional demeanor, polished appearance, and a high level of integrity.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm and cheerful under pressure.
• Previous experience in a hotel front office role is a plus, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential!
