Franchise Officer

We are seeking to identify a suitably qualified individual to join its Administration Team as Franchise Officer. The successful candidate will be responsible to manage all administrative functions, ensure a smooth on-boarding process for new franchisees and drive overall franchise success.

Main Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain all franchise documentation, contract, records and compliance related files.
• Coordinate communications between franchisor and franchisees and ensures updates, policies and key information are timely.
• Ensure accurate tracking systems are developed and maintained.
• Support internal audit processes to meet brand standards and legal requirements.
• Prepare reports, presentations and documents for meetings and leadership reviews.
• Coordinate the on-boarding process and prepare schedules, manuals and training documentation for new franchisees.
• Liaise with departments for comprehensive and smooth on-boarding.
• Assist in pre-opening activities; setup, licensing and ordering.
• Monitor and report on franchisee operational performance and adherence to brand.
• Serve as a liaison between the operations staff and franchisees, guaranteeing prompt and efficient operational support.
• Provide support in the coordination of ongoing franchisee development programs, seminars, and training sessions.
• Assist operations launch new franchise network initiatives, promotions, and system upgrades.

Education/ Experience

• Tertiary qualification in Operations Management, Business Administration, Hospitality Management or any related field.
• A minimum of 3 years experience in franchise management, operations support, or a QSR environment.
