The Customer Experience Representative supports customers by providing adequate information, answering questions and responding to complaints. The incumbent will have sound knowledge of all the company's products and services in order to ensure that our customers remain satisfied.

KEY DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Answer and direct all incoming calls  with a high level of professionalism and efficiency.
  • Respond promptly to all customer inquiries via all established communication channels.
  • Effectively and efficiently resolve all customer complaints.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Complete outbound cold calls for the FIP Team.


REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • An Associate Degree in Management Studies or related discipline.
  • Experience in the BPO Industry and or Sales would be an asset.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsfot Office Suite.
  • Ability to type at least 35 words per minute.
