Job Summary:

The Food & Beverage Upselling Agent enhances guest experiences by actively promoting premium menu items, exclusive dining experiences, and upgraded beverage selections to increase sales and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests warmly and present high-value menu suggestions.
  • Promote upsell items such as premium wines, cocktails, and special dishes. 
  • Recommend pairings based on guest preferences.
  • Collaborate with servers and bartenders to drive upsell goals.
  • Track and report upselling performance.
  • Stay updated on daily specials and new items.
  • Provide exceptional service aligned with the resort’s standards.

Requirements:

  • 1+ year experience in a F&B or sales-related role.
  • Strong communication and sales skills. 
  • Friendly, persuasive personality with guest-first attitude.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage products is a plus.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts.

Job Summary:

The Wine Sommelier is responsible for curating the wine selection, offering expert recommendations, and ensuring optimal wine service to elevate the dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist guests in wine selection and pairing with meals. 
  • Maintain and update the wine list with premium selections.
  • Manage wine inventory, storage, and ordering.
  • Train staff on wine knowledge and service.
  • Organize wine tastings and promote high-end labels.
  • Ensure proper wine presentation and pouring techniques.

Requirements:

  • Certification in wine education (WSET, Court of Master Sommeliers, etc.).
  • 2+ years in a similar sommelier or fine dining role.
  • In-depth wine knowledge and strong palate.
  • Excellent communication and guest service skills.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
