KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensure that all used tools and utensils, including knives, thermometers, and scales, are properly signed in and out, cleaned, and safely stored after use.
Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation at all times, including regular cleaning and sanitizing of work surfaces, tools, and equipment.
Follow all food safety guidelines, personal hygiene protocols, and company policies, including proper uniform standards, handwashing, and safe food handling practices.
