What You’ll Do

• Provide friendly, personalized service that exceeds guest expectations.

• Take and deliver food & beverage orders promptly and accurately.

• Use your knowledge of our menu to make great recommendations and upsell items.

• Build connections with guests by sharing menu details and insights about the island.

• Handle guest concerns with professionalism and a solutions-first attitude.

• Operate the point-of-sale system efficiently and follow proper cash-handling procedures.

• Maintain clean, organized service areas and assist with setup and breakdown.

• Deliver food and beverages with urgency and care, ensuring an exceptional dining experience.

• Adhere to company policies, safety standards, and responsible alcohol service guidelines.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a server in a high-volume restaurant.

• Strong communication skills with a guest-focused attitude.

• Ability to multitask and perform well under pressure.

• Professional judgment and decision-making abilities.

• Must be 23 years or older.

Education & Skills

• High school diploma required; hospitality/tourism training is an asset.

• Strong math skills for accurate transactions.

• Fluent in English; a second language is a plus.

Physical Requirements

• Able to work on your feet for long hours in a fast-paced, energetic environment.

• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.

• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.

• Available to work weekends, holidays, and extended shifts as part of a team.
