Fitness Instructor

Execute and monitor the activities and initiatives of Fitness in the assigned hotel of Bahia Principe Hotels and Resorts as well as public relations tasks with the maximum number of clients.

• Apply and monitor the program guidelines according to the standards and attributes of the brand and hotel.
• Carry out and follow up on directed activities, both individually and in groups: yoga, tai chi, meditation, crossfit, and personal training.
• Supervise the state and operation of the facilities and work team, being the main person in charge of supervising the sports areas (gym, swimming pool and zone of directed activities).
• Follow up for your execution of the activity plan calendar of Fitness according to the narrative of each brand, and the operational needs of the assigned hotel.
• Execute and monitor entertainment program in general according to the experiences and approach to the guests (special events, groups, themes and narrative of the brand) of the assigned hotel.
• Create a sense of trust with the participants in the activities, and make them feel comfortable.
• Inform guests upon arrival about the program Fitness and its benefits.
• Make public relations with all types of clients, facilitating their entertainment and the enjoyment of experiences.
• Make frequent tours to maintain personalized contact with guests.
• Fulfill to the letter the program of activities with the corresponding theme (preparation, introduction, development, and closing)
• Comply with the levels of environment, quality, organization, safety, punctuality and energy in the execution of the experiences of Fitness.
