The successful candidate will be required to execute on the following:

• Provide strong financial leadership while ensuring compliance with regulatory and corporate requirements.
• Deliver accurate financial reporting, business analysis, and meaningful insights to support executive decision-making and operational performance.
• Oversee budgeting, treasury and cash management, financial planning and analysis, audit coordination, procurement oversight, and the development of financial policies and systems.
• Lead cost and productivity analysis initiatives to identify opportunities to improve profitability, efficiency, and overall business performance.
• Monitor business risks and strengthen internal control systems to safeguard company assets and support effective governance.
• Translate operational and financial data into practical insights and develop robust financial models to support strategic initiatives and sustainable growth.
  • Provide leadership and development support to the accounting team while fostering a high-performance, collaborative, and learning-oriented culture.

Requirement for the role:

¨     Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Management Studies/Banking & Finance 

¨     ACCA/CPA Certification.

¨     MBA with emphasis in Financial Accounting, or Finance or Information Technology would be an asset.

¨     Minimum ten (10) years’ experience at a Management level.

¨     Expert knowledge of IFRS.

¨     Experience in financial system implementation, business acquisitions, project evaluation and instrumental in the merging of operations for improved efficiency and performance.

¨     High proficiency in analytical/business intelligence tools.

¨     Proven governance, financial and risk management capabilities
