•Mission: Supervises the financial, administrative, and comprehensive planning aspects of project fronts, collaborating with the Project Manager Director to ensure the project stays within budget and meets its objectives.

You will be working with a special international group specializing in architectual design and construction management- URCOISA.
  • Mission: Supervises the financial, administrative, and comprehensive planning aspects of project fronts, collaborating with the Project Manager Director to ensure the project stays within budget and meets its objectives. Key responsibilities include creating and overseeing budgets, monitoring expenses, conducting financial risk assessments, preparing financial reports for stakeholders, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The role requires strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as a solid understanding of project management principles, scheduling, and budgeting tools. 
Reporting to: Project Manager
  • Key roles and responsibilites 
  • Close collaboration with project managers, engineers, and other team members to integrate financial considerations into project planning and execution.
  • Ongoing financial management.
  • Creation and maintenance of project budgets, expense tracking, and cost forecasting.
  • Implementation of cost control measures, suggesting alternatives, and identifying opportunities to reduce expenses.
  • Preparation of periodic financial reports to inform project managers, team members, and stakeholders about the project's financial status.
  • Identification of financial risks, development of mitigation strategies, and monitoring market trends and supplier stability.
  • Management of contracting cycles through to their closure.
  • Ensuring the project complies with relevant financial regulations, accounting standards, and company policies.
  • Analysis of project data to gain insights into trends and patterns, aiding in guiding the project’s direction.  
  • Essential Skills 
  • Financial Insight: Strong knowledge of budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze financial data, identify issues, and recommend solutions.
  • Communication Skills: Effectively communicate financial information and recommendations to various internal and external stakeholders.
  • Project Management Software Proficiency: Experience with tools and software used for scheduling, budgeting, and project control.
  • Attention to Detail: Careful monitoring and reporting to ensure accuracy of financial data.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a team, collaborating with diverse professionals across the organization, from construction managers to contractors and project financial entities.
