Compensation: TTD $12,000.00 to TT $15,000.00 per month plus KPI-based incentives

About the Opportunity
We are seeking a Finance Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day finance function for a growing business group. This is an ideal opportunity for a strong accounting professional ready to step into a leadership role, strengthen financial processes, and support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily finance operations including payables, receivables, reconciliations, and month-end close.
• Ensure full compliance with BIR, NIS, PAYE, and VAT requirements.
• Prepare monthly management accounts, financial dashboards, and cash flow updates.
• Coordinate annual audits and maintain strong internal controls.
• Improve and standardise financial processes across the organisation.
• Support system upgrades, automation, and digital accounting tools.
• Oversee supplier payments, customer collections, and credit management.
• Provide guidance and support to junior finance staff.
• Partner with leadership to support budgeting, planning, and performance analysis.

Qualifications and Experience

• ACCA Level 2 or higher, or a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Five to seven years’ experience in accounting or finance with strong operational exposure.
• Solid knowledge of local statutory and tax compliance requirements.
• Experience preparing management reports and supporting audits.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, and modern accounting systems.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and sound judgment.
• Prior supervisory or team lead experience is an advantage.
