Finance Analyst

The Finance Analyst is responsible for developing and maintaining processes and procedures that ensure timely and reliable management of the organization’s obligations, investments and commitments to both third parties and staff members.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor revenue performance on a monthly basis and prepare report for CEO/CFO
• Preparation of monthly sales and financial report for all divisions and locations
• Prepare post evaluation of major revenue project and maintain cash flow tracking
• Assist in the pricing review process to ensure that business margin is not eroded
• Assist in the preparation of the quarterly financial reports
• Model the viability of future distribution arrangement and capital expansion projects
• Perform cost saving and business performance analysis when needed
• Prepare audit schedules assigned on an annual basis
• Assist in the inventory counting process
• Support the CFO in preparing the annual budget
• Prepare quarterly performance report for the sales team incentive payment
• Assist in the implementation of business improvement processes when needed
• Comply with the procedures set out in the accounting systems
• Assist department heads to prepare models to measure KPI for the business
• Ensure the proper recording of all transactions to meet the company standards
