Our client is seeking a detailed oriented and organized Finance Administrator to manage the day-to-day operations of a small office while performing accounting functions.

Our client is seeking a detailed oriented and organized Finance Administrator to manage the day-to-day operations of a small office while performing accounting functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions and supporting general administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily office operations to ensure smooth functioning
  • Maintain financial records and process transactions using Sage Accpac (Sage 300)
  • Prepare and reconcile invoices, payments and bank statements
  • Prepare payroll
  • Support audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations
  • Manage general administrative duties

 Requirements

  • Proven experience in accounting. Accounting qualifications are an asset but not necessary
  • Strong organizational skills and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
