Our client is hiring a Client Services & Policy Lead. The Client Services & Policy Lead manages all administrative processes related to PPLI policies and leads the Client Services team.

This role acts as a key liaison between the company, clients, and investment managers to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing service delivery.

Job Overview:

The Client Services & Policy Lead is responsible for overseeing all administrative processes related to PPLI policies (including VUL, FCV, ZCV, and DVA). This role manages the full Client Services team and acts as a key liaison between the company and clients/representatives or their investment managers to ensure seamless onboarding and continuous service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end servicing and administration of PPLI policies, ensuring high standards of accuracy, compliance, and client satisfaction.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, investment managers, and introducers, managing onboarding, account administration, and ongoing relationship support.
  • Supervise and mentor the Policy Administration team, providing quality assurance on all deliverables, including onboarding documentation, account setup, and policy updates.
  • Oversee and review quarterly valuations, client communications, and administrative reporting across the policy lifecycle.
  • Coordinate with Compliance to ensure timely collection and verification of KYC/AML documentation, and support risk approval processes.
  • Ensure documentation standards and internal records (e.g. policy data, structure charts, bank account details) are maintained and accurately uploaded to relevant systems.
  • Manage and review the client billing and introducer/agent commission processes, collaborating with the Finance team on reconciliation and tracking.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for client service delivery and identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency.
  • Provide regular reports to senior management on client service trends, policy administration metrics, and outstanding operational matters.

 

 

Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Insurance, or a related field. A professional qualification (e.g., LOMA, FLMI) is a plus.

Experience: 5–8 years in client services or policy administration in insurance, wealth management, or private banking,preferably with experience in PPLI or HNWI servicing.

 

Key Skills:

  • Strong leadership and supervisory capabilities.
  • Knowledge of PPLI structures (VUL, FCV, ZCV, DVA), would be an asset.
  • Client-facing confidence and relationship management skills.
  • Process-driven, with experience in onboarding financial structures (e.g., Insurance Dedicated Funds).
  • High attention to detail and familiarity with compliance and regulatory norms.
