We are seeking a compassionate, organized, and proactive Family Assistant to provide exceptional care for a family with children while ensuring the smooth operation of household routines. This dual-role position requires a nurturing individual with a strong sense of responsibility, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage both childcare and light household tasks with efficiency and warmth.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Childcare: Provide attentive care for children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.

·        Meal Preparation: Plan and prepare nutritious meals and snacks for the children, accommodating any dietary restrictions.

·        Child Activities: Engage children in age-appropriate recreational activities to promote their development.

·        Household Duties: Perform light housekeeping tasks related to the children, such as laundry, cleaning play areas, and tidying up after meals.

·        Communication: Maintain open communication with parents regarding the children's progress, behaviour, and any concerns that may arise

What We’re Looking For:

·        Proven experience in housekeeping and domestic care

·        Confidentiality is a must

·        Experience: Previous experience in childcare or a related field is an asset.

·        Patience and Emotional Maturity: Ability to handle various situations calmly and manage children's moods and behaviours effectively.

·        First Aid and CPR Certification: Current certification in first aid is an asset.

·        Flexibility to travel and work nights, holidays, and weekends.
