FACTORY SUPERVISOR

We are looking for a Factory Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of a production facility, ensuring that production targets are met efficiently and safely. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervision of all production of our products

• Preparation of production schedules in accordance with the Factory Manager’s instructions

• Enforcement of all quality control standards along with the Quality Assurance Manager

• Supervision of machinery and general factory maintenance

• Maintenance of all daily, monthly sanitation and fumigation schedules

• Associate Degree in Production & Operations Management, Business Adminiistration or related field

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within a factory

• Certification in production, inventory management or quality control

• Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications

• Outstanding time management skills

• Effective communication skills
