The Facilities and Project Coordinator is responsible for providing support to senior management and business units in the management and execution of projects and the overall maintenance of all properties.

Facilities & Projects Coordinator

 Main Accountabilities

  • Preparation of bi-monthly payment execution report showing all tracking of projects, expected execution, and actual payment dates.
  • Carry-out assessments and technical evaluation of electrical, plumbing and general facilities incidents as needed.
  • Conduct site visits to all locations, operated by the company, to address issues or concerns related to facilities management.
  • Conduct monthly Feasibility & Cost Analysis for Projects which includes quantitative and qualitative evaluations of projects based on the business requirements and providing expert opinion/suggestions to decision makers (Leadership Team).
  • Providing project updates to the leadership team which includes budget execution updates, highlighting concerns and reporting timelines for execution to leadership and making decisions to continue or change project scope based on their feedback.
  • Conduct operation analysis and reporting suggestions for improvement in day-to-day operations every 2 to 4 weeks.
  • Management of all projects to ensure the business needs are fulfilled with the commitments made or agreed to with contractors/vendors.
Skills, Experience & Qualifications
  • Knowledge of the supplier market environment.
  • Analysis, problem solving, negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Good analytical/planning skills, attention to detail, the proper implementation of assigned tasks.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Advanced computer skills (Microsoft Office) and SAP preferably
  • Preferably 2-3 years’ experience in Project Management within an international environment, experience in a FMCG is a plus.
  • Bachelors Degree in Management or related field.
