The Export Sales Manager operates within the international business arm of the company, focusing on third-party export portfolios. This role bridges the gap between local production and global market presence, requiring high-level coordination with various internal departments and external distributors to drive brand growth across diverse geographic regions. The Export Sales Manager is responsible for the execution of sales, distribution, and marketing strategies within the third-party Export portfolio to grow profitably in the company's international business.
JOB RESPONSIBILITES:
Distributor Management: Build and maintain distributor relationships to strengthen sales and expand brand reach.
Market Expansion: Grow the customer base by expanding into new markets and increasing revenue opportunities.
Brand Stewardship: Oversee distributor marketing strategies to ensure adherence to brand guidelines and increase international recognition.
Supply Chain Coordination: Partner with the supply chain department to ensure on-time and in-full (OTIF) delivery of products.
Performance Management: Train, engage, and manage staff performances to meet expected results and standards of behavior.
Sales Targets: Ensure sales and product contribution targets are met, specifically maintaining execution responsibility in Caribbean Markets.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
At least a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or any related field.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role in the FMCG industry.
Minimum of 2 years in a managerial role.
Knowledge of value chain, logistics, and supply chain.
Fluency in either Spanish or French is considered an asset.
High degree of strategic planning and ability to formalize action plans given limited resources.
Ability to analyze pricing, stock, and sales data to improve the value chain.
Proficiency in recommending pricing to maximize revenue and ensuring efficient use of A&P (Advertising & Promotion) investment.
