Job Summary:
The incumbent will develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients, while achieving our customer acquisition and revenue targets. The role involves market research, customer engagement and the implementation of sales strategies for the Company. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for coaching, advising, motivating, or replacing sales representatives (if necessary) while building and maintaining a high-performance team.
