The Export Market Development Executive plays a key role in supporting the international growth of a leading brand within the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry. This role focuses on executing strategic sales support initiatives and developing overseas markets through close collaboration with distributor networks. To plan, implement, monitor, and evaluate export sales and market development activities to strengthen brand performance in overseas markets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute annual export sales budgets and strategic plans.
- Evaluate distributor performance and market activity to enhance brand presence.
- Conduct market research and assess competitive positioning and sales trends.
- Liaise with distributors on distribution, shelf space, promotions, and pricing.
- Monitor and review product performance against sales targets.
- Analyse and report on monthly export activities and KPIs across territories.
- Coordinate promotional events and brand-building activities.
- Review and address stock, sales, and marketing reports from regional partners.
- Provide market intelligence and written reports following territory visits.
- Contribute to media, PR, and product development initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in International Business, with a minor in Marketing or related field.
- At least 5 years' experience working in export, sales, or market development within the FMCG sector.
- Bilingual: Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
- Strong planning, reporting, and organizational skills.
- Skilled in relationship management, communication, and negotiation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
