The role also involves managing brand positioning, supporting product innovation initiatives, as well as, executing marketing campaigns to meet sales targets in order to enhance brand loyalty in our highly competitive export environment.

Job Title: Export Brand & Logistics Coordinator

Qualifications and Experience:

• A Degree in Marketing/Sales or related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years working experience in FMCG export brand management
• Strong understanding of FMCG market dynamics and consumer behavior especially in North American economies

Specific Knowledge (however acquired) Required to Start:

• Expert understanding of Export Laws and Industry Regulations
• Ability to multi-task and discern priorities.
• Must be able to effectively manage and interface with all levels of personnel, including executive management.
• Attention to detail is a must.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies specific to our export categories to increase market share and consumer loyalty.
• Conduct market research and consumer insights analysis to identify trends, needs, and opportunities.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels including TV, digital, in-store promotions, and social media.
• Collaborate with export commercial managers to develop point-of-sale materials and merchandising strategies.
• Manage product lifecycle, including launches, promotions, and discontinuations.
• Monitor and analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
