We are seeking an experienced and passionate Executive Chef to join a leading all-inclusive luxury resort in the Caribbean. This is a opportunity for a culinary leader with a proven track record in high-volume operations, international cuisine, and team management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all culinary operations, including restaurants, banquets, and room service.
• Design and implement creative menus that highlight both international and local flavors.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and quality standards across all outlets.
• Manage food cost, inventory, and supplier relationships to maximize efficiency and profitability.
• Recruit, train, and inspire a multicultural culinary team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Collaborate with Food & Beverage leadership to elevate service standards and guest satisfaction.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum of 5–6 years of experience as an Executive Chef or Senior Sous Chef in luxury resorts or hotels.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop large, diverse teams.
• Expertise in menu development, cost control, and high-volume kitchen operations.
• Excellent knowledge of international cuisines, including buffet and à la carte concepts.
• Professional culinary training and relevant certifications preferred.
• Fluent in English
