Executive Assistant - Kingston

Are you an experienced, proactive, and highly professional Executive Assistant? A financial services company based in Kingston, is seeking a top-tier Executive Assistant to support their Chief Executive Officer (CEO). This is a critical role for a polished, solution-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced, confidential, and high-performance environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel logistics

  • Oversee correspondence and ensure timely follow-up on communications

  • Prepare executive-level reports, documents, and presentations

  • Liaise with high-net-worth clients, investors, and key stakeholders

  • Assist in managing investor relations and organizing corporate events

  • Support strategic project execution and track progress toward key milestones

  • Prepare materials for board meetings and senior leadership discussions

  • Coordinate tasks between the CEO and internal departments to ensure alignment

  • Manage CEO’s business expenses and maintain accurate financial records

  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements

  • Draft internal communications and organize team-building events

  • Foster a culture of professionalism and collaboration within the organization

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Communications, or a related field

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience supporting C-suite executives, preferably in financial services

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Discreet, reliable, and capable of handling confidential information

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities
