A leading manufacturing company located in the Corporate Area, is seeking to recruit an Executive Assistant to support to the C-Suite.

The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support whilst monitoring the execution of key business initiatives and programmes to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Core Functions

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the Managing Director (MD) and/or other Senior Executives, if required.
  • Manage the MD’s calendar, schedule meetings and coordinate logistics for internal and external engagements.
  • Draft and prepare professional correspondences, memos, reports, presentations and other documents.
  • Coordinate reports from operations; compile and present comprehensive summaries to support strategic decision-making.
  • Monitor and drive execution of special projects and business initiatives, ensuring timely completion and alignment with objectives.
  • Prepare accurate minutes and follow up on action items.
  • Screen all incoming communication, prioritize items for the MD’s attention and ensures timely responses.
  • Maintain confidential records, files and documentation.
  • Oversee general office tasks such as maintaining office supplies, invoice processing and payments as well as expense tracking.

Minimum Requirement: Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities 

  • An Associate Degree in Business Administration, Management Studies, Operations Management or a related field.
  • Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in an administrative role.
  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, with strong emphasis on PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
  • Experience in a sales-driven and/or manufacturing environment is a strong asset.
  • Excellent human relations, communication, time management, organizational, critical thinking and problem solving skills.
  • Highly professional, ethical and of integrity.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage with all levels of staff and stakeholders.
