Enersave Solutions Ltd. is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the General Manager. The Executive Assistant will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of executive functions, managing administrative tasks, coordinating business processes, and assisting with strategic initiatives to help achieve the company’s goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Manage schedules, meetings, travel arrangements, and correspondence for the General Manager.
  • Inventory Coordination: Work with warehouse and procurement teams to track and manage inventory movements.
  • Microsoft Suite Proficiency: Utilize Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook for document preparation, reporting, and scheduling.
  • Human Resource Support: Assist with recruitment, onboarding, employee documentation, and HR-related tasks.
  • Accounting Assistance: Handle expense tracking, invoice management, petty cash reconciliation, and financial reporting support.
  • Project Management: Track and coordinate key projects and business initiatives, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
  • Data Management & Reporting: Maintain accurate records, generate reports, and provide insights to aid decision-making.
  • Communication & Liaison: Act as a point of contact between internal teams, external stakeholders, and management.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for streamlining administrative processes to improve efficiency.
  • Confidentiality & Professionalism: Handle sensitive business and personnel information with discretion.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in an executive support or administrative role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Basic understanding of inventory management and financial principles.
  • Familiarity with human resource functions and labor policies.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle confidential matters with integrity and professionalism.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work independently.
