HIRING REMOTE Executive Administrative Assistant - Multiple positions immediately available.

Compensation: $1400 - $2500 USD/Monthly!

We help US businesses hire applicants from Latin America and the Philippines, and we have multiple open Executive Administrative Assistant positions we need to immediately hire. You would be working with the business directly, we handle the hiring and recruiting process.

Responsibilities

• Calendar management for executives
• Aid executive in preparing for meetings
• Responding to emails and document requests on behalf of executives
• Draft slides, meeting notes and documents for executives

Qualifications

• Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Fluent English, both verbal and written
• Stable internet connection, laptop, and headset
• Energetic & upbeat
• Team Player
