We're looking for a Dispatcher to join our global support team. This is a remote, full-time position open to candidates located in Brazil, Argentina, Jamaica, or Trinidad and Tobago. Our team is growing and we are looking for highly competent Customer Service Agents for voice support.

About the Role

As a Customer Service Agent, Dispatch, you'll be responsible for coordinating drivers, responding to customer inquiries across calls, chats, and email, and ensuring the smooth operation of daily logistics. This role requires quick thinking, multitasking, and a strong ability to troubleshoot and communicate clearly in a high-volume environment.

 


 

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to alerts, notifications, and inquiries from teammates and drivers

  • Use routing and task management tools to dispatch drivers efficiently

  • Interpret and leave clear notes to ensure team continuity and coverage

  • Make sound decisions that prioritize best outcomes over easiest solutions

  • Learn through observation and adapt quickly without relying solely on written documentation

  • Provide empathetic and professional customer support using a business-casual tone

 


 

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in a BPO/call center environment

  • Prior experience in a dispatch role (e.g., taxi, logistics, or freight)

  • Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Ability to manage 100+ tickets per day, depending on volume

  • Strong attention to detail, adaptability, and self-direction

  • Willingness to work overtime as needed

  • Able to work in a distraction-free environment and relocate temporarily in the event of outages

 


 

Technical Requirements

  • Laptop with 8GB RAM minimum and Intel Core i3 or i5 (or equivalent)

  • Reliable internet connection with 45 Mbps minimum speed

  • Noise-canceling headset and a quiet, professional workspace

 


 

Shifts

  • Coverage needed between Monday to Sunday, 7 AM – 11 PM EST

  • Flexibility is required to work within a rotating schedule

 


 

Preferred Experience

  • Familiarity with Heymarket, HubSpot, or Aircall

  • Previous email-based customer support

  • Self-learning and strong research skills

  • A personable, solution-oriented approach to customer service
