We are looking for an Executive Administrative Assistant who will provide high-level administrative support to the General Manager (GM) to ensure efficient operation of the Executive Office.

Job Functions
Manage and maintain the General Manager’s calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Act as a liaison between the General Manager and hotel departments, guests, vendors, and external partners.
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
Attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items as directed by the GM.
Coordinate and support hotel events, executive meetings, and special projects.
Screen incoming communications, prioritize issues, and respond or route as appropriate.
Maintain files and records, both electronic and paper, ensuring confidentiality and accessibility.
Assist in tracking departmental goals, budgets, and hotel performance metrics as requested.
Support in internal communication initiatives, including drafting memos or announcements.
Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred.
2+ years of experience in an administrative or executive support role, preferably in hospitality or a service-oriented environment.
Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
High level of discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); knowledge of hotel management systems is an asset.
Ability to work independently.
