Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee catering services for weddings, corporate functions, and private events.
  • Manage client relationships, ensuring seamless communication from booking to event execution.
  • Supervise catering staff, schedules, and logistics to guarantee smooth operations.
  • Collaborate with chefs and kitchen teams to design menus tailored to client needs.
  • Monitor budgets, inventory, and supplier contracts to maintain efficiency and profitability.
  • Drive business growth through networking, marketing initiatives, and client retention strategies.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in catering or event management.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale events successfully.
  • Outstanding communication and client service orientation.
  • Creative problem-solving and adaptability under pressure.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Ability to work indoors in a fast-paced environment.
