Enterprise Business Partner Operations & Sales

You’ll play a key role in supporting sales efforts, working closely with partners, and helping us build a reliable, well-connected channel ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Support the achievement of sales targets by assisting with lead tracking, reporting, and follow-up activities in the distribution business.
• Work with Gold Partners and Network Integrators to help them understand our products and services through training, onboarding, and simple marketing support.
• Assist in organizing small-scale marketing events or digital campaigns to raise awareness among local partners and end customers.
• Help maintain clear, consistent communication between partners and our team — keeping records, sharing updates, and resolving basic issues.
• Learn how to monitor key performance metrics (like partner activity, deal progress, and market reach) and provide feedback to improve operations.
• Gain hands-on experience in enterprise networking technologies and how they support real-world business solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Certification: HCIA, CCNA, or similar networking certification (or currently pursuing one).
• Technical Background: Basic understanding of data communication concepts (e.g., routers, switches, IP networks) — ideally from academic study, labs, or self-learning.
• Communication Skills: Clear, confident communicator — able to explain technical ideas simply to non-technical partners.
• Team Player: Proactive, reliable, and willing to learn quickly with minimal supervision.
