Job Title: Enterprise Account Manager

 

 

 

Primary objective of the job:

 

 

  • As the Enterprise Account Manager, you are the single/first point of contact representing Digicel (Trinidad & Tobago) Limited Enterprise Clients’, which includes all aspects of Digicel Business within its customer base.
  • You will be responsible for all aspects of Enterprise Account Management example (Setting Strategy, Driving Profitable Results within Customer Account, Ensuring Excellent Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction).
  • As the Enterprise Account Manager, you must be knowledgeable of Industry Trends, Economic Factors and understand relevant Information and Technology solutions. You will also be responsible for driving Digicel Solutions to targeted Enterprise/Major Accounts to achieve Digicel Business Strategy and Financial Objectives.
  • You will operate at a CXO relationship level with experience beyond transactional selling.

 

 

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

 

 

  • The Enterprise Account Manager will ensure ALL enterprise accounts are properly documented and updated monthly with an updated strategic account plan
  • To maintain and grow revenues within assigned account base
  • The customer strategic account plan will drive sales within the year for all customers. Plan of Actions, SWOT, and Key Opportunities must be identified, updated and actively managed 
  • Act as Liaison between pre-sales and service delivery departments to ensure that ALL products and services are delivered on-time and within budget. Ensure proper escalation of potential delays to customer service/site and mitigate against such
  • Actively seeks both Digicel and customer’s interest
  • Actively drive successful senior customer relationships within customer accounts working at various CxO’s levels to ensure customer needs are exceeded to represent company at various customer seminars and partner forums
  • To meet and exceed clear performance targets across assigned accounts continuously working to ensure a consistent approach to growing Digicel customer base
  • Develop and prepare presentations to senior leadership team and closing deals with key clients
  • Continuously seeks and capitalizes on opportunities to exceed the expectations of customers (internal and external) by placing a keen interest on understanding and effectively resolving customer-impacting issues in a professional and results-oriented manner
  • Proactively advise Senior Management on the product, sales and marketing strategy trends for the assigned market/industry.

 

 

Academic Qualifications and Experience Required:

 

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Management or related field of study
  • 5 years of related experience and / or training; or equivalent combination of education or experience
  • 5+ years’ experience in the ICT Industry, working for a Vendor or a Systems Integrator
  • Experience in and with the mobile telecommunications and Information Technology sector would be considered a valuable asset.
