Electro-Mechanical Technician

A leading industrial service and maintenance company is seeking a skilled Electro-Mechanical Technician to join its dynamic team. The successful candidate will perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repair of industrial systems and machinery to ensure operational efficiency across multiple client sites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct preventive maintenance, scheduled repairs, and diagnostics on industrial equipment, including motors, electrical systems, hydraulics, and fluid pumps.

  • Install, repair, and maintain electrical circuitry and charging systems for lead-acid and lithium batteries (12–300 VDC/VAC; LV–HV).

  • Inspect, dismantle, and reassemble machinery and equipment using hand tools, hoists, and cranes.

  • Diagnose faults or malfunctions using computerized test equipment and calibration devices.

  • Prepare detailed technical reports and material lists to support repair and maintenance processes.

  • Operate material handling equipment (1,000–20,000 kg capacity) safely and efficiently.

  • Perform daily pre-shift safety checks and maintain a clean, organized workspace and service vehicle.

  • Travel to multiple client locations and work at heights or in confined spaces when required.

  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to all company safety and operational standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Proven experience in electro-mechanical maintenance, repair, or industrial systems.

  • Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems, including DC and AC circuitry.

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work safely at heights up to 30 feet.

  • Excellent diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, including weekends when required.

  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to multiple sites.
