Conduct preventive maintenance, scheduled repairs, and diagnostics on industrial equipment, including motors, electrical systems, hydraulics, and fluid pumps.
Install, repair, and maintain electrical circuitry and charging systems for lead-acid and lithium batteries (12–300 VDC/VAC; LV–HV).
Inspect, dismantle, and reassemble machinery and equipment using hand tools, hoists, and cranes.
Diagnose faults or malfunctions using computerized test equipment and calibration devices.
Prepare detailed technical reports and material lists to support repair and maintenance processes.
Operate material handling equipment (1,000–20,000 kg capacity) safely and efficiently.
Perform daily pre-shift safety checks and maintain a clean, organized workspace and service vehicle.
Travel to multiple client locations and work at heights or in confined spaces when required.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to all company safety and operational standards.
