Electro-Mechanical Shift Technician

Wisynco Group Limited is currently seeking a Shift Technician (Responsible for supporting all factory machinery during the shift—packaging and utilities—and assisting the Shift Team Lead to ensure optimal, efficient, and safe line operations in support of the company’s goals).

Required Qualification, Experience, Knowledge and Skills:

• Certification from NTEI or an equivalent technical institution in Mechanical Maintenance or a similar capacity
• At least two (2) years’ experience in manufacturing plant environment
• Effective communication skills – written and verbal including the preparation of reports and the ability to communicate with varying levels of staff
• High level of ownership and accountability.
• Working knowledge of MS Office Productivity tools (Word, Excel) and other computer-related manufacturing systems
• Possess extensive technical experience in Industrial Maintenance
• Sound research, analytical and problem solving skills
• Meticulous, with the ability to functional well individually and on a team within a demanding work environment
