The opportunity

Joining our Regional talent team means being immersed in all aspects of the Human Resources function within a supportive and enriching environment. You'll encounter exciting challenges that foster continuous learning opportunities every single day

Your key responsibilities

  • Our goal is to meet quality standards while ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
  • Validate and manage employee documents, generating as necessary from agreed templates, and tracking and following up on documents to be returned.
  • Maintain job data information in compliance with local/regional regulations, including supporting and testing bulk uploads of information.
  • Provide advice and execute policies and processes within scope, escalating when necessary, according to set guidelines.
  • Proactively generate reports on key indicators using systems such as recruitment, onboarding, and People Insights.
  • Provide cross-functional support for transactions that fall within the responsibilities of the Regional Talent Team, including things like recruitment, global projects, and benefits management.
  • Leverage modern technology and AI-powered tools to streamline workflows, improve decision-making, and deliver high-impact results.
  • Drive innovation by identifying opportunities to apply digital solutions, automation, and data-driven insights to enhance efficiency and elevate the employee experience.
  • Utilize advanced analytics and AI platforms to monitor trends, support strategic planning, and inform evidence-based recommendations.
  • Champion continuous improvement by experimenting with emerging technologies, piloting new tools, and implementing creative tech-driven approaches to everyday challenges.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate innovative technologies into business processes, ensuring smarter, faster, and more scalable outcomes.
  • Apply AI-enabled systems to optimize operations, and support future-focused initiatives that align with organizational goals.

 

 

Skills and attributes for success

  • An ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across Service Lines, Talent and multiple global functions to ensure exceptional service delivery
  • Observant and critical thinker able to identify and suggest improvements
  • Ability to focus in the face of competing demands
  • Ability to challenge and negotiate
  • Excellent communication skills with fluent level of English, both written and verbal

 

To qualify for the role you must have

  • A solid undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Management or any related area or equivalent
  • Minimum two years’ experience in a related role
  • Employee Relations experience
  • Knowledge of HR systems is preferred
  • Experience in metrics reporting and analysis preferred

 

Ideally, you’ll also have

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate process and procedures clearly
  • An enthusiastic, can do approach and be a strong team player 
  • Experience of working in HR operations within a professional services firm or a complex organization
