We are looking for a results-driven Export Manager to drive our international growth. DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• At least 2 years’ experience in sales and marketing and/or brand management with a solid understanding of marketing techniques
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable managing online retail platforms.
• Mature, confident, and able to influence senior-level stakeholders.
• High level of integrity with the ability to work under high pressure with limited supervision.
• Experience in project management is an asset.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills. Spanish proficiency (advanced level) is a significant asset.
• Ability to work long hours and travel on short notice for extended periods.
• Must own/operate a motor vehicle on a full-time basis; holder of valid U.S and Canadian Visas.

The core functions of this position include, but are not limited to:

• Document and execute strategies to identify and assess new market opportunities.
• Liaise with international distributors to set annual sales targets and manage A&P expenses.
• Conduct quarterly market visits to gain first-hand insights
• Review, approve and monitor execution of marketing plans across multiple export markets.
• Support market expansion through pricing and margin management, distributor support, sales forecasting inputs, and performance tracking across multiple export markets.
• Monitor our online presence and work closely with the logistics team to ensure a seamless supply chain.
